Island Sunrise is just .7 miles from The Hangout, 1 block from the Waffle House and within a mile of countless restaurants, shops and attractions. You'll be close to the Gulf Shores State Park which has nature trails and biking paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, and live concerts and events at The Wharf Amphitheater. And of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Hi Tammy, we're sorry that was your experience. The pool is a nice touch after a long day at the beach. The resort HOA was having trouble with the filtration during that time. We're happy to report it's crystal clear and ready for a cannonball

Very clean!!!Downside very very outdated, been neglected on decore and set up of supplies in kitchen.Location is perfect and like the Condo just not this particular unit:(

This property (condo) was very dated. The stove looked like it was from 1985, the furnishings needed to be badly updated. The balcony had cheap plastic chairs that were not comfortable for lounging. We were very disappointed in this place. I will not stay here again.
