About this property

This beautifully updated villa has room to sleep 6 and is just steps away from the beach. Second floor views of the lagoon are incredible. It feels like you are up in the stunning trees with Spanish moss and low country charm. Spacious bedrooms can serve as two master suites, with luxury bedding. 2 Modular sofas—one in the living room and one in the Carolina room—provide extra sleeping space. Kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided. Brand new to the rental market with new furniture throughout. We’ve thought of everything just walk in and relax.

Stairs to Climb

You have a very nice condo EXCEPT ONE THING. YOU FAILED TO MENTION THAT YOU HAVE ALOT OF STAIRS TO CLIMB AND SEEING WE ARE BOTH IN OUR 80'S WE FOUND THE STAIRS A BIT TO CLIMB SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. Other than that, your place was very clean and beautiful ! John

Our two families have traveled to Hilton Head, some of us since childhood. It has a special place in our hearts and is unlike any other place for peace, natural beauty, beach, relaxation, golf and fun activities. We purchased Ocean Lane Retreat in 2023 to share with friends, invite guests, and stay ourselves to rest and renew.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the feel of being up in incredible trees. The lagoon view and close access to kayaking brings the best of nature, fishing, and peaceful views literally feet from your back door. Plus the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away! This property is literally the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

We love the large bedrooms which can serve as two primary suites. The vaulted ceiling and spaciousness in the living area give a sense of openness and tranquility.

Palmetto Dunes is easy to access as you arrive on the Island. The area is gated and safe, the people are so friendly. This spot gives access to tennis, golf, kayaking restaurants, and of course the beach. Plus, the area is so quiet and peaceful!
