- There are cameras outside of the property (but not inside/private spaces)
- A start of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You may need to buy/bring more
- Appliances and amenities are not guaranteed. If you come across an issue, we will make a reasonable attempt to come up with a solution, but maintenance is usually sent after your departure
- Communication hours are between 8am to 8 pm local time. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please let us know beforehand.
- Bears are in the area, you might see them very close to our cabin. Insects can be still seen despite regular pest control.
- We have security cameras monitoring the front door and street parking spaces.

Drive:
Sunset Haven is on the ridge of a lower hill, and the road is paved almost all the way until just right before the cabin. As you get closer to the cabin, a small portion of the road may be narrow and steep with windy curves if you are not used to mountain roads.

Parking:
Two cars can be easily parked in the area in front of the property. The parking area is on gravel.

- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area
- No fires inside or out other than what we provide, no candles!
- No firearms in/on the property is allowed
- Critters/insects are not stoppable in the mountain despite of regular pest control
- No refunds are given for severe weather/power outages that is beyond of our control
- Late check-out will be charged a fee
