Primary Bedroom: Relax in the spacious King bed featuring cozy linens, peaceful mountain vibes, and plenty of storage.

Secondary Bedroom: Comfortable Queen bed with warm, inviting decor - perfect for couples, friends, or family.

Living Room: Additional sleeping space available with a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

No pets permitted, per HOA policy
4WD/AWD or snow chains may be needed during winter weather
No refunds for weather-related conditions

Other Items to Note:
One flight of stairs leads to the home entrance. Four/all wheel drive and/or snow chains may be required during winter months to navigate mountain roads. It is important to note that due to the cool temperatures and mountain breeze, our property is not equipped with Air Conditioning.
