Marina Cove Cottage is within steps of everything Marina Cove Village has to offer you during your stay: expansive and lengthy community day boat docks, lake-front walking and running trails, beach, huge shaded pavilion with picnic tables, and Linger-Longer Marina. The cottage also features magnificent views of Lake Oconee from these spacious upstairs & downstairs areas: two decks, two master bedrooms and the two living areas.

This beautiful & spacious Marina Cove Cottage has two separate stories - each floor contains:
• Main Level: 2BR and 2 full bathrooms and Lower level: 2nd master ensuite and children's nook with full bath attached.
• separate spacious living areas, both with flat-screen TV's and stereo equipment,
• kitchen and/or wet bar, and
• spacious outdoor deck/seating-area with beautiful views of Lake Oconee.

Marina Cove Cottage has 2,600 square feet of floor-space and is just a 4.5 mile drive into town for shopping & dining. All four bedrooms contain their own full bathroom, and there are a total of 4 flat-screen TV's throughout the home. WIFI is available throughout the home.

This home features (on the main walk-in level): an open floor-plan, full kitchen, dining for 6 with 2 additional chairs, and spacious patio seating (including a bar-height four-top dining table & chairs) with beautiful lake views. Located off of the main-floor kitchen, you'll find the first queen bedroom with a full bath and tub-shower combo. Following through the main level and off of the living room, is a luxury king bedroom ensuite with lake-views, full bathroom, TV and walk-in shower.

The lower level features: a wet bar with full refrigerator / counter / and sink, a second living space with TV/Stereo, pull-out queen sofa, patio walk-out to the Weber grill, and more stunning lake views. Off of the lower level, you will also find the second queen bedroom with a full bathroom, lake views, TV and walk-in shower. On the other side of the living space you will find a children's nook with 3 cozy twin beds, gaming area and separate bath.

I actually didn’t realize that the property was in Reynolds Plantation before arriving. Perfect location for us to golf and attend a football game in Athens. The house had everything we needed for an awesome stay.

Family stay during hurricane aftermath!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The environment was well appointed and all of our family members had accommodations for showers and good rest. The kitchen easily handled our families needs and the laundry was a much answered prayer. While the rental itself was beautiful, so is the view. Our family was able to rent a pontoon and for the first time enjoy the lake. Overall, we could not be more happy with our stay and with the company who manages it. Thank you so much and we hope to return even within the next few months!

Beautiful stay at Reynolds

Our in-laws have lived at Reynolds for nearly 30 years. We love it there and the cottages have always provided the perfect place for overflow when we all get together. The property was clean and ready when we arrived.

Reviewer Comments: We were initially signed up to stay at another one of their rentals but after it flooded, they were super quick about switching over our reservation for this house. It was more space than we needed for 3 people but the location couldn't have been better for our needs (wedding at the Ritz) and would be a perfect site for a family reunion or larger group. Everything inside was updated and clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The view was beautiful and just a few steps away from pontoon boat rental which we took advantage of. Many thanks for a seamless and memorable stay!
