Newly updated 2 Bed/2 Bath condo in Linville Gardens. Complete renovation in 2023. Enjoy sitting on the deck and watching golfers on the 16th hole of No. 5. Less than half a mile to the Pinehurst Harness Track and a mile to the Cradle and Pinehurst No. 2 Clubhouse. Sleeps up to four people with 2 fulls located in each bedroom. Internet TV in living room and a Cable TV in each bedroom. Master bathroom has a combination tub/shower and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Eagle’s Perch

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property at Eagle’s Perch was as described according to the listing on Air BnB’s website. The location of the property is conveniently located close to Pinehurst #2 and minutes from The Village shops and restaurants, which is a major plus! The cleanliness of the condo was a major downfall; we questioned if it had even been cleaned before our arrival. For example, there was food (chips) on the floor in the first bedroom when we arrived, which consequently led us to killing a few roaches. The other bedroom was missing a top layer bed sheet as well. We also had AC issues during our stay. After the third form of communication, we were finally able to get in touch with someone who sent a repairman out 16 hours after losing AC. I am confident that if these few items were corrected by the property managers then it would be a great place to stay.

Property well maintained only issue was screen door on right going to back date does not function. Had to move furniture to get to the porch. Large panel on side slider needs either cleaned or replaced possible leaking gas between panes.
