Exceptional Cottage by the Sea

.My husband and I travel rather extensively - always staying in rented condos or houses and without a doubt, this property is on of the cleanest and most comfortable vacation rental we’ve ever visited. Everything in the cottage is top quality - sheets, towels, comforters, throw blankets…..the drawers in the kitchen are full of everything one would need - and neatly arranged. The king bed is incredibly comfortable with a gorgeous view of the bay - right from the bedside. The wrap around porch and outdoor furniture is comfy and the flowers all over the patio are stunning. We saw a beautiful Osprey in a nearby tree our first day and enjoyed watching the fishing boats coming and going. Larry and Maria are gracious and extremely attentive hosts and we highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation by the sea.

Baum house Sprucehead, ME

Property was absolutely fantastic. Maria and Larry are super people. Very helpful and engaging. Larry being a lobsterman also had freshly caught lobster to purchase. A very enjoyable vacation with quite a view. We would definitely like to stay again. Thanx Maria and Larry for your hospitality!

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a perfect home base for exploring the area and we loved coming back to the view from the deck! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a tasty dinner of lobster that we got from the gracious hosts who own the wharf at the end of the road! Would definitely stay here again!
