This spacious renovated condo has master bedroom, two bathrooms, bunk room, and queen sleeper sofa and is just steps away from the Beach. This location is perfect vacation with plenty of beach, town activities.
3 minute walking to the beach, which is right next to Pineapple Willy's.
There are musical fountains in the lake.
You don't have to rent a car to stay at this resort - everything is accessible.
On the ground floor there are several restaurants, seafood buffet and shops, Bowling and Billiards! Grocery stores, Waffle House, Sunrise Café & Bakery. Please, text for discussion. Introduce yourself. Thank you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please, leave no later than 10 am. Cleaning company charges fee for leaving later.
2. Throw out all trash after your stay.
3.Load used dishes in dishwasher start cycle with heated dry.
4.Do not strip the beds.
5.All furniture should be left at the same places.
6.All remote controls leave near TVs.
7.Turn off oven.
8.Lock the balcony doors, turn lights off including balcony,
9. Take a picture of Bracelets. Leave them in kitchen counter.
10. Check AC closet, remove all items, except F. distinguisher. and store them in bedroom's closet. Fire department request.
