• Rates exclusive of housekeeping ($125+Tx), registration, parking pass and resort wrist bands ($40+Tx per stay or per month for extended stays), non-refundable damage waiver ($59) and taxes (12.5%)
• Please note parking and resort wrist bands is listed as $1+Tx per night. An additional $3.50+Tx per night is added to short stays during April - December months ($5 less 30% discount for 7 night stays) Extended stays during January - March pay only the monthly parking/band fee of $1/night
• Renter must be 25 years of age, limited to 6 guests per rental, no pets, no smoking!!
