House was great! Perfect for our work trip! We cooked some, walked to restaurants and came home with washed laundry!! Perfection! Be sure to hit Cowboy star for a steak!!

We had everything we needed at this VRBO! Plenty of room with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths right downtown in east village close to gas lamp. It was a modern deco tastefully decorated! Will certainly consider using again.
JD has kept this house in great condition and it is in a great location for walking to the Gaslamp District. He provided all of the basic necessities and was very communicative that he would assist if needed. It was truly a splendid 3 days, that me and my friends will never forget.
The property is ideal for all downtown activities. This included seaport village where we spent allot of fun time. Restaurants within walking distance were fantastic and JD was very easy to work with

I bought in this location because we love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single-family homes downtown. I could paint it bright green and short-term rent it without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I also liked the fact that the garage is attached. Not having to go through a public elevator to get into the unit is a major benefit.
