The host was communicative and friendly... also, this is a great location/ size/ space. We were celebrating Christmas with a larger family group, and this was perfect for us. Playgrounds, coffee shops and a great little restaurant nearby.

Awesome place in perfect location

My friends loves this place. We came to town for a concert at the ballroom and this location was perfect for that. The art work is awesome and all accommodations just right. Highly recommend!

Stunning. This space was perfect. Traveled with parents and two nephews for their 60th Anniversary celebration. Wish we had more time to spend in Denver as this place was absolutely amazing.

Great place for a Denver Stay

We were in town for a few days to watch our baseball team play at Coors. This place was a great stay. Well appointed and the furniture is actually really comfy! Host was great. Very communicative and responsive. Didn’t need much but he was very quick to answer questions. Location is within a 10 minute walk to pretty much whatever you want. We also were able to take the train from the airport and we utilized riding apps for a few activities. All in all, great place.

One of our family members complained nightly that the next door neighbor who joined a wall apartment style had the tv loud all though the night. The same apartment next door had a dog that barked for an hour. As for the house, it was just what we need. I would say it was a fair price though.

Pet friendly. Excellent space. Only reason it got a 3 is because the house manual was totally incorrect in regard to thermostat. Manager did not know this and it took 3 full days of cold nights before the maintenance people adjusted heat and told us what the real thermostat was. No problem with communication but just kept getting wrong info. Daughters space heater saved the day. Also, there was supposed to be a space heater in property, and one was not and one was never provided

Good space for our family of 12, including 5 adults and 7 kids. The direct neighborhood is pretty rundown but as we walked the area, many people have made lovely improvements to their properties. The outside space along the curb outside this property could use some attention with a few plants. The inside space needs a deep cleaning but was fine overall. Our kids loved the old school Galaga arcade machine and the large TV where they could all watch movies in the evenings. The big, open space was great for family card games. We had an issue with the laundry room door and they responded quickly. Towels provided are very minimal so be prepared to do a lot of laundry if you stay several days. It was a little further than I thought it would be to walk to restaurants, but still very walkable. The kitchen was roomy and great for each day’s breakfast prep. Thanks for hosting us.
