This beautiful 300+ m2 ocean front villa located in the southern part of the Island is designed by Piet Boon, a famous Dutch designer. The smart design which is focused on natural flows, durable and high-end materials provides privacy for all users of this open lay out beach home. The villa is close to the windsurf place of Sorobon, the kitesurf beach of Atlantis, to the airport as well as other beaches.


Entrance into hallway with 2 big bedrooms (one facing the pool) sundeck with covered gazebo at Caribbean Sea and 1 bathroom + separate laundry room and separate toilet.
Inner stair case leading to wide living room with open kitchen with folding doors to wide covered terrace with views over (and outdoor stairs leading down to) pool, sundeck with covered gazebo and Caribbean sea. Upstairs also the 3th bedroom with smaller bathroom and a separate toilet.

You will be able to enjoy the breeze coming from the East through your home, as well as the peace and quiet of this area. Because you live right at the ocean you never really need to go anywhere else!
The optimal use of space, the exclusive furnishing of the interior and terraces, the use of natural materials combined with a perfect kitchen (Viking) makes this villa an amazing place to stay.

Also the perfect spot for divers and snorkelers to enter the amazing underwater-world of Bonaire - beautiful reefs in front of the house. Use of outside shower + wash tank + drying rack.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. East ride to town while also being far enough away for peace and quiet. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. It is well-appointed and the location is great - just far enough from town, and close enough too! Excellent privacy and all of the rooms are very quiet. We enjoyed snorkeling from the dock several times and the pool is warm - makes for a wonderful night swim. Thanks for everything!

Time away from the grey of Illinois

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. Actually, before, as Keesjans made contact with us before we even left! This was our third trip to Bonaire and due in part to the lovely accommodations, the best. While it is as spacious as it looks, we really only used the upper “porch” and the deck area. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. If you are considering this property, book now! You will not regret your time spent here! Thank you so much!

Amazing Rental

Loved everything about our visit to Bonaire and this rental property. We dove right off the ladder @ the house and it was amazing. Also- the dive center two doors down was so convenient and kind for renting tanks daily. Highly recommend this amazing rental! It is better in person than the pictures even show.

Paradise in Bonaire

My partner and I had an amazing time at Kas Daas. The property was very clean and offers breathtaking views. The location is perfect for dive parties with easy access to southern dive sites. Plus, the house offers direct access to the water for easy night dives right in your backyard. I highly recommend Kas Daas...rest, relaxation and a diver's paradise.

fantastic location

Second time staying here. Just as hreat as we remembered it. Right on the ocean. Nicely appointed. Close to BelMar to get tanks (5 doors down). Close to groceries and town but far enough away to be peaceful. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Spectaculair

We had a wonderful stay with our family in this great and fully equipped house by the sea. Dive straight out of your bed into the sea for a morning swim between all kinds of colorful fish. Less than 10 minutes by taxi from the airport so you can enjoy your staying time to the max . Hope to return soon!!!

2nd time better than the 1st

This was our second time to stay at Kas Daas and our 7th time to the Island. We have now found "our place" We love this villa, the location, the views, and the incredible diving that is right out the door and a short swim out to a beautiful reef. The villa is large spacious with awesome out door spaces and a nice pool. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Kas Daas while your on the Island of Bonaire. We can't wait to return!

Great villa close to town and airport

What a beautiful and modern property! Great for a small family or two couples. Snorkeling right off your deck, views of boats/ cruise ships in the distance, a nice sized pool to relax in. Updated kitchen appliances. Google assistant wired. The large indoor/outdoor living and dining area were great to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bonaire.

Beautiful Oceanfront stay

Kas Daas is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The house is gorgeous and swimming out front cannot be beat. We stayed in the lower ocean-side bedroom and it was quiet with lovely views. We had an incredibly restful couple of weeks and would recommend it. (Re communications - In the weeks between booking and the actual rental, we didn't hear much from the property managers but they were responsive and available right before our travel and during our trip.)

perfect in every way

Our stay could not have been better and we have already told several friends about this thoughtfully planned and well built home. We are a family of four and we spent our days reading by the pool and ocean, snorkeling and diving at the many incredible sites near the house and windsurfing. We took a swim in the ocean every day just off the deck of the home. We hope to go back someday!!! Five stars!

Great house with a great location

We loved our stay at Kas Daas. We were all divers, and we took plenty of dives off the house reef including our night dives and never got bored. We also love to cook and the kitchen works perfectly for cooking and entertaining. We thought the grill was propane, but it is charcoal, that took a little to get used to, but works just fine. The beds are all nice and the AC in the bedrooms only takes a few minutes to kick in, so no need to leave it running all day. We loved our stay.

Absolutely brilliant could not be better

This is an amazing property in a fantastic place. Keesjan is fantastic to rent from and Adriana is a great help locally. The house is immaculate, stunning and what a location. Its a lovely relaxed setting, and close to some of the best diving spots too. Property was cleaned by staff every 5-6 days and the pool cleaned weekly too, we chose to eat in most of the time, and supermarkets a short drive away, but lots of nice restaurants both a short drive but also a short walk. We will be coming back, we encourage anyone to consider renting this house from Keesjan, it is just as good as the video shows!! (and probably better!)

Everything was perfect!

We really spend a great time in the Oceanfront Luxury Villa Beach House in Bonaire. All was perfectly managed by the owner. He was quite friendly, open-minded and helped us with every problem we had. The location was quite wonderful and in a very good and clean condition. We also enjoyed the different offered activities like snorkeling, diving or driving through the donkey sanctuary. Thank you very much for making our stay in Bonaire so awesome and enjoyable. We would recommend the property, of course, to a friend. Family Egelhofer

Fantastic Place to Stay

We just returned home from Kas Dass after a weeks stay. The home's architecture is very nicely done. Modern, and well equipped. Great views, nice pool and pool deck area. Very relaxing home! No major issues, and the minor ones were more related to life on a small island than the house itself. The homeowner is very helpful and available. Checked on us several times during our stay. The location is very easy to find, and convenient to Belmar Diving for tank rentals/exchanges. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Home!

This home was lovely and really feels larger in person than it appeared to be in pictures. The finishes are all high-end and the house design is fantastic, with views of the ocean from the majority of the rooms and all the major living areas. The outdoor space is beautiful, clean, and provides such a nice environment for relaxing. And unlike so many rentals in Bonaire this home is NOT cluttered! There is really nothing laying about other than gorgeous decor and items that the guests need. Just lovely! We will be back!

Kas Daas Villa

We just returned from a wonderful week at Kas Daas. Wow everything was so beautiful. The villa was very spacious, modern, we kept the doors and windows open all week for a great breeze blowing through at all times. One of the prettiest dive sites straight out in front of the villa. Just so beautiful and relaxing. We had dinner at Wil's grill, Fantastic, It Rains fishes, Delicious, Pasa Bon pizza Delicious Pizza we tried the lion fish pizza it was very good as was the pepperoni, sausage,and you cannot miss a day at Jibe City to relax and enjoy lunch.. We love the Island, it was our 5th time there and this villa was so far our favorite. We highly recommend Kas Daas.

stunning views and bright airy home

The pictures speak for themselves--if you have not watched the drone video then you should. The house is indoor/outdoor living at its best, and the furniture perfectly captures the island vibe. The beds are very comfortable. The house is conveniently located and the views of the ocean are breathtaking (we saw a large pod of dolphins travel past the house). Keesjan was responsive and checked in regularly. Be aware of the fridge leaks--floor gets slippery--and the dishwasher tilts forward (be careful opening it).
