Two fire pit areas for cozy gatherings, plus a propane grill and patio with seating. With 6 reclining beach chairs and 8 Adirondack chairs, create unforgettable moments by Lake Ontario—from sunrise to sunset.

Enjoy ample seating with 2 large sectionals and 3 additional chairs for ultimate comfort. The living room features a large TV with super-fast wifi for streaming. The 30’ wide enclosed living area boasts 22 windows and retro laminate flooring, the perfect setting for your family activities. Additional amenities include an extra dining table, a small desk & chair, chess board, toys, cards & games for all ages.

FAMILY FEAST HAVEN:

Fully-equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and air frying microwave for effortless meal prep. Ample dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and grill tools for big gatherings. Additional amenities include a crockpot, griddle, blender, toaster oven, hand mixer, and various baking sheets, pans and essentials. Dine together at huge tables, and find matching white dishes, glasses, tumblers, and more. A booster seat, birthday candles and an ice cream scoop are ready for celebrating with little ones.

Coffee & wine bar: Enjoy the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker, traditional & Ninja coffee makers and electric tea kettle. The wine bar has ice maker and beverage fridge, every type of glass and mug, coffee makers and wine openers, coffee bean grinder, ice bucket, blender & pitchers.

Sleeping arrangements cater to extended families with 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 folding “floor mattress” stored in the upstairs closet, and a pull-out oversized chair that transforms into a twin futon in the game room. The King master bedroom on the 1st floor provides a breathtaking bay view, private shower & full bathroom. Rustic stairs lead to the 2nd floor, where 5 additional bedrooms, a full bath and cozy enclosed porch await, offering a delightful view of the lake and bay.

Each bedroom features a wall-mounted TV and high-speed Spectrum wifi for streaming, Hulu and Disney Plus. Enjoy the comfort of new mattresses and sheets, extra pillows, ironing board & iron and full-length mirrors. Essential amenities including blow dryer, First Aid kit, and “forgotten item” bin stored in the 1st floor master bathroom closet. Bedding, towels and soap are provided.

4 King and 1 Queen bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC/heat mini-split units for personalized comfort. The twin bedroom features a standing fan and baseboard heat. Indulge in the 1st-floor bathroom soaking tub, ideal for rinsing off the sand after a day by the water. The 2nd-floor bathroom offers a glass/tile shower, vanity with hair dryer, and a large mirror. Bayside Grocery is walking distance away. The larger Walmart Grocery & Price Chopper Grocery Store is 13 miles away in Fulton or 15 miles away in Oswego. Hannibal Tops is 8 miles away. Bait is available at Screwy Louie’s in Fair Haven.

We have a long gravel driveway with off-street parking for 6-8 vehicles. Fancher is a windy camp road and walkable to restaurants and the downtown playground & park. Fox Point has the most off-street parking and the perfect family friendly lawn & waterfront, the amazing location for your family retreat.
The local restaurants and activities have plenty of free parking. Golf carts also seem to be welcome.
50` dock has boating cleats, and ladder - no diving.

Quiet hours 10:30pm to 7am - we want to be good neighbors.
Be sure to extinguish campfires with pail provided. Use fire pits already provided. Do not use barbecue against home. Return all water toys to shed daily so they don’t float away. Thank you!
