Beautifully decorated and fully renovated waterfront condo 2/2 with a private boat dock that can hold up to a 34' vessel with no problem. Amenities include a huge heated pool, tennis courts, kayaks, and bicycles. On a deep water canal off Kings Bay. Fully stocked kitchen with all brand new appliances, 1500 thread count sheets on King size beds. Pull out sofa Queen size sleeper. Plush Egyptian cotton towels. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Livingroom has a 65" smart television and each bedroom has a 50" smart television. All three are ROKU equipped. Samsung tablet included and on sight to manage the smart house and Alexa for all your media needs. Stackable washer and dryer. The living room media cabinet is stocked with a variety of games and puzzles for a family fun night to remember. Super close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and activities.

Beautiful property, exactly as the pictures show. Very comfortable and feels like home. One of the nicest properties I have stayed in. I hope to return one day. Great location, close to restaurants and local activities. Highly recommend! Host is great and very communicative. She answered questions, welcomed us, and made sure our stay was perfect.

This place was the best, we never wanted to leave! They had everything we would ever need to have a relaxing time. Very accommodating and even when something wasn't working properly they were right there to fix it. We will definitely be back.

Location Location Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. It was amazing! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully, and everything you would want for your stay was supplied. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke during our stay, but no worries, the owners installed a new washer in two days! They also dropped off and paid for our laundry at a local dry cleaner while the washer was broken! The location is amazing! You can sit on the porch and watch the kayaks and boats go down the canal to the Crystal River. It's so fun to watch the people float by. Speaking of location, many restaurants and shopping are just minutes away by car or bike. We also took advantage of the boat slip, which was amazing and so convenient. From the boat slip, it is a beautiful trip through trees to Crystal River, where you can observe all the wildlife along the canal. If you're looking for "old Florida," this is the place to be. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO!
