Cozy Condo with Private Boat Dock
Rest & relax on the lawn just across from Hunter Springs Park for some people watching and keep an eye out for manatees and dolphins along the sea wall. If you need to get out of the heat jump in and swim or kayak into the surrounding springs for a true Florida experience. Walking distance to 3 Sisters Springs and just a mile walk or ride to downtown if live music, food and shops are what you’re after. Plenty of Kayak rentals available near by as well among other activities in the area. Groceries, marine supplies, boat ramp and pretty much anything else you need all within about a mile from the unit. Smart TV in bedroom and living room and full cable tv provided.
