New Remodeled Lakefront Home - Large Dock with Year Around Water!

Location, location!! Our family is pleased to offer our second lakefront home located right off of the main highway and on beautiful Norris Lake. We have been offering Lakefront rentals for going on 5 years now so you can expect every detail of your vacation to be more than taken care of! Our other listing ID is 2770011 if you want to see how we take care of our guests and to see if we have availability at that location.

This home comes fully stocked and offers screened porch living, a private dock with a boat slip and swim platform, a hot tub, and much more. Water at the dock stays around 20 - 30 feet year around! The house was just remodeled and offers high end finishing's throughout. Our lakefront home has a gentle slope into the water and provides that "at home" feel for both adults and kids alike. Plenty of sleeping options, multiple living rooms, and multiple dining tables will ensure the whole family has both time together and time to themselves for both fun memories and complete relaxation.

As previously stated, this home comes with absolutely every household item and amenity you will need. We supply starter paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The home has two sets of sheets for every bed and extra towels for every guest. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a microwave, griddle, toaster, blender, instant pot, stove, outdoor propane grill, and much more.

Please message us for any additional questions or needs. My family and I live close by and will be at your disposal during your stay. We know all the local boat rental locations so feel free to ask us for recommendations.

*Not pictured but will be available for your stay will be a propane grill, a six person hot tub, and a paddle boat for the dock. We just finished the home and will have these items pictured on the listing in the upcoming days!

We didn't want to leave!

The property was great and the price was fair. We already want to go back. Plenty of seating for groups, plenty of parking. Lots of outdoor spaces between the deck areas, firepit, and private dock. It's under 5 mins away (by boat or car) from the nearest marina, so the location was really great for those who want to rent boats or be near where they can get gas.

This house is perfect for a long weekend. It was easy to walk down to the lake and the dock was very nice. The house was well equipped with everything you need.

Norris Lake Vacation

The location of the home was great, close to a marina for launching your boat and quickly arriving at the house. Our grandchildren loved the ability to swim off the dock and use the paddle boat. A real plus! The dock area and slip were a great benefit to us. The beds were very comfortable, but the room with the two bunk beds is extremely tight. The description of the hill being a slight slope was deceiving; it is a steep hill, and due to some erosion, it isn't easy to walk in places, especially if you carry coolers, beach bags, etc. The hot tub was cold, and we could never get it to warm up, and there was no path to the hot tub but dirt and rocks. The home was mostly clean, but there were ants all over the kitchen countertops. I did notify the host about the ants and the leak in the living/dinning room ceiling the day we left. The ceiling leak did not start until the day we left and it was raining heavily.

So much fun!

The house was amazing and the location on the lake was perfect! There is a marina super close to rent a boat and we were able to park it at the slip right at the house. We enjoyed swimming right off the dock and had a fire in the backyard. We had an an adult only getaway this trip but would recommend this house for families too! The house came with a kayak and paddle boat if you aren’t renting or bringing a boat so you can still get out on the water. All around a great time!!

Friends and Family Lake Trip

Love this home and location! Our large group had plenty of room and really enjoyed the lake access & private cove this house had to offer. The host was very responsive to all our needs. The house offered all the amenities we needed for a fun, relaxing family get together. Highly recommend this location. We’ll definitely be back for future stays!
