-Absolutely no pets allowed!
-Absolutely no visitors allowed at the property
-No party and event.
-No loud music and noise to disturb our neighbors.
-Falsifying total guest count may result in reservation termination
-No marijuana or other controlled substances are allowed to be consumed or possessed at this property.
-No smoking or vaping inside the house; UP TO $500 FINES
-Bath towels will be provided to guests no wash cloths due to sanitary reasons
-We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a policeman neighbor.
-Be respectful to our neighborhood.
-Outdoor security camera are in use in the front and backyard; please keep the camera active 24/7 during our guests’ stay
-Failure to follow any of the house rules WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING and we reserve the right to TRESPASS ALL GUESTS from the PROPERTY with NO REFUND

Great place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. The house is clean and beautiful . My son had a baseball tournament for Memorial Weekend. This house was close by the fields, shopping, and the strip. Definitely recommend.

Wedding Weekend Win!

The bachelorette paradise was just that an amazing paradise. On our wedding trip, my fiancé (now wife) and I had a lot of things to stress over but this house was not one. The host was an absolute delight and was impressively responsive to all of our questions. The place was completely spotless, in a very safe area and within 20 minutes to everything you’d want to do in Vegas. Will be back for sure!!!

Great Place with one shortcoming

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. The single shortcoming imo is all 3 bedrooms & the 2 main bathrooms were upstairs with a single half bath downstairs. Years ago, this would be a non-issue but between age, hip replacements & knee replacements, it is very much a problem for 4 of us. VRBO in particular should make this clear with some sort of accessibility rating. Or just state that fact in the listing. Otherwise, it was fine. The owner was very responsive to the couple minor issues we had.
