Not newly renovated

This condo was outdated. Sofa bed was unusable. Mattress sloped and forced you to the sagging middle. Fireplace was unusable because directions were wrong. Carpet in living room was horrible stained. The dresser drawers were all too shallow/small to use especially for winter clothes. No detergent to use washer. The paint on base boards was chipping and looked rusty in spots. The only good thing is location. But trying to store ski equipment required walking down a narrow/step flight of stairs in ski boots carrying skis and poles.
