Quaint older home in a convenient central location with privacy. Perfect home for up to two couples, sleeps four and a kitchen that accommodates all . A short walking distance to The Monument Event Center, City Center, hiking trails on M Hill, Executive Golf Course & more. Got a bicycle? Grab it and get on the bike path nearby. Also located just off I-90, so travelers have super easy access. The large full kitchen has all the necessities for cooking & the yard is completely fenced and secure. Home has two huge pine trees & gated fence in front and a wood privacy fence in back making this a very private getaway. Garage parking available for long term guests upon request!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If traveling with a pet, droppings must be picked up and placed in bag and and disposed of in garbage can provided
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no pets allowed on furniture or beds. Droppings must be picked up and discarded daily, including winter months! Additional fees will apply
Absolutely no overloading of washer, do not load drum over half full. You will be responsible for damages.
All keys and garage openers must be returned to original location. Fees will apply for items lost.
