Beautiful property, great location

My family and I enjoyed a three night stay. The home is clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is residential and felt very safe. Our host checked in to make sure our needs were met and check in/check out was easy. We wanted to move there! Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Hey! My name is Spencer Slaton. I'm a Chicago native and owner of Lakeview Lux. Personally, my journey began when I bought my first property in 2016. It was your traditional first time remodel story filled with late nights, lot of contractors, and even more trips to Home Depot. Ultimately, it was a great experience and for several years I rented to incredible families on yearly leases. However, in the middle of COVID, my tenants decided to move to a more spacious home to accommodate their big family. And in that moment, I bought a lot of furniture, put together a team, and opened my home to short-term guests. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I love my guests and getting to be a part of their Chicago experience. And, if you're reading this, hopefully I get to be a part of your experience as well.
