Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus!Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Auch bei aufkommenden Fragen und Anmerkungen fühlten wir uns ganz lieb betreut. Das Haus fanden wir sehr sauber vor, es wurde in der oberen Etage neu gestrichen und renoviert. Es fehlte uns an nichts, für alle alltäglichen Belange gab es vor Ort Geräte und Gegenstände. Für den Strand z.B. Bollerwagen, Sandspielzeug einen großen Kescher zum Krabben fangen, Drachen, etc.Auch in Küche und Haushalt ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Für gemütliche Abende liegen Decken bereit und man kann Kamin, Infrarotsauna und sogar eine Sonnenbank benutzen. Zum draußen Sitzen war es leider etwas zu kalt, aber der kleine Garten am Wasser ist wunderbar gemütlich und wir bekamen oft Besuch von verschiedenen Enten. Auch die Kinder hatten ihre Freude!Gerne kommen wir wieder auf einen schönen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Kommunikation, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung. Nur für 6 Personen wären für den Esstisch noch 2 zusätzliche Stühle super. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Top Lage - toller Park

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei. Viele Extras werden geboten, wie Bollerwagen, Sandspielzeug und Sauna.Das Haus hat die perfekte Größe und Ausstattung, auch wenn diese etwas veraltet ist.Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage.

Super Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut für einen Kurzurlaub zu viert geeignet. Es ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten und Möbel dürften gerne erneuert werden. Die Lage ist super mit sehr schöner Terasse am Wasser und relativ kurzen Weg zum Meer.

Das Haus war nicht sauber, vieles war defekt oder konnte gar nicht genutzt werden.

Insgesamt war es in Julianadorp sehr schön, nur in dieses Haus werden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Tolle Woche

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, liegt direkt in Strandnähe und man kann von dort mit dem Auto viele Ausflüge machen. Vielleicht ist das Ein oder Andere in die Jahre gekommen, aber uns hat das in keinster Weise gestört - ganz im Gegenteil ! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub !

Der Urlaub war sehr Erholsam. Die Umgebung und die Lage des Hauses sind top. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, das ist aber nicht schlimm. Nur die Betten knarsten bei jedem Umdrehen.

Super Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war super. Der Check-In war problemlos. Das Haus ist sauber und dort ist einfach alles vorhanden. Vom Bollerwagen für die Kinder, bis zum Raclette für das Feiertag Essen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolles Haus

Zum Strand ist es ca 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Da wir mit dem E- Auto angereist sind, war es sehr praktisch, dass es eine Ladesäule in der Nähe gibt. Das Haus ist toll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine tolle und schöne Woche!

Koud voorjaar.

In het algemeen een fijn verblijf geweest. Jammer van de briefjes die her en der opgeplakt waren betr.een defect raam, zonnebank maar wel begrijpelijk dat er onderhoud gepleegd moet worden. Heel fijn de opgemaakte bedden.

Gelungene Woche

Da wir Julianadorp und den Villa Park Dynophgang seit vielen Jahren kennen, war es wiedermal eine schöne Woche am Meer. Leider sind die Preise in den Paalen sehr stark gestiegen sind(z. B. Glas Pfefferminztee 4,50€) haben wir auf Besuche dort verzichtet und uns selbst verpflegt, was durch Nähe Geschäfte ja auch gut möglich ist.

Schöne Lage aber sehr in Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist groß und es ist an sich alles da was man braucht, aber es ist alles schon sehr alt und einige Dinge könnten mal erneuert werden. Toiletten, Fugen im Bad, Fußleisten, Küche usw. Alles sehr alt und teilweise kaputt und/oder nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Lage dafür top, paar Minuten zum Strand mit schönem Strand Lokal.

Tolles Haus fußläufig zum Strand

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten ein 5 Sternehaus. Sauna, Kaminofen, exzellente Lage, viel Platz, 6 Betten in 3 Schlafzimmern, Spülmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles hervorragend für einen tollen Urlaub. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: - das Femsterrollo im Bad, direkt an der Duschwanne, ist verschimmelt und auch die Ecke dahinter bedarf einer Aufbereitung. So responsiv wie tollen Gastgeber aber waren, wird dies sicher zeitnah erledigt. - Den Whirlpool bekamen wir leider nicht zum laufen... entweder defekt oder wir waren zu doof (was ich nicht ausschließen will). Falls letzteres, dann hilft vielleicht eine kurze Anleitung. Egal...wie gesagt...Kleinigkeiten...wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :-)

Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Haus schön. Aufteilung gut. Lage super. Sauberkeit gut. Einrichtung: alles da was man braucht. Der Ofen schwächelt etwas. Ein Leistungsstärkerer, der auf einem Sideboard steht, in dem man den Einkauf lagern kann, wäre schön. Fazit: Für einen schönen Urlaub super geeignet. Auch Preis/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen i.O. (4 Mann Belegung kostet € 30;-- Mann/Tag - Hallo!?) Highlight war die Badekabine am Strand - Super, vor allem mit Kindern. Sehr gerne wieder.

Für den Zustand viel zu teuer

In dieses Gebäude wurde schon lange nichts mehr investiert. Der Gasherd in der Küche ist gefährlich, da er über keinerlei Sicherung verfügt. Die Dusche im EG stinkt weiterhin. Der Lüftungsventilator im Bad DG lässt sich nicht abschalten und summt die ganze Nacht. Whirlpool-defekt. Sonnenbank-defekt. Klodeckel 2 mal-defekt. Nie wieder!!!!
