The upstairs living room offers an additional queen sleeper couch.
The Dock is the perfect place for sundowners or a boat and jet skis.
There is a private beach on site should you want to tan with that real beach feel and palm trees without leaving your home.
10 minute walk to Marco island south beach and a 6 seater golf cart (for extra cost) should you want to get around marco in style. Hurricane windows and doors and full house backup generator. A true vacation of luxury with an out door kitchen and grill.
Everything you need this home is equipped and worth a stay.
Please note the Garage is not available to guests as the owners private things are stored in it.
