Stunning beach house, steps from the beach. With large yard for pets

Relax in a home we are ato meets all your needs. Fully equipped home . Large screen in area for sunset . Outdoor shower and fire pit outside. Downstairs master bedroom is great / with 2 more bedrooms up stairs. Just steps away from beach access. New furniture on large deck. We are a Saturday to Saturday rental.

A perfect trip…

We enjoyed our stay (grandparents & family with 3 teens) at Stay Salty very much- the house was beautiful, clean, and had anything you could want as far as kitchen and paper goods. The host is an artist and her work displayed all over the house is stunning. The walk to the beach was easy, and short, even for 2 80 year old seniors, and the beach was never remotely crowded until Friday, and even then it wasn’t crowded compared to Myrtle or Ocean City. This was our first trip to Topsail, but we will definitely be back!

The floors were dirty, the kitchen was disorganized, and there were bugs in the place. The deck cushions were wet, and the downstairs screened-in area was filthy; the screens were torn and flapping in the wind. Spider webs were all around the house. First Topsail vacation.

This house suited our needs perfectly perfect location easy beach access . House very clean and decorated beachy. We cooked in every meal just because that is what we do at the beach. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots and pans. Just a suggestion a 13x9 baking dish would be nice to have for baking.. thank you for sharing your home. Communication with owner was superior. Hope to return

Great place to spend the week. It was a duplex not stand alone house. The last couple of days we could clearly hear children running around like bulls. A week of that would not have been grand. Perfect distance to beach.
