The living area features a matching leather sofa and loveseat, rocker and a flat screen tv. The dining table easily accommodates 4 with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. Upgraded stone countertops and stainless appliances, this kitchen provides all of the comforts of home and includes a full size washer and dryer stack unit. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the main floor which everyone will appreciate.

Upstairs on the second floor the master suite has its own private deck over looking the back courtyard and its own attached ensuite. The spacious room offers a Queen Size bed and the attached ensuite features a sliding barn door entry and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom down the hall features a Queen Size bed and twin bunks. The attached ensuite provides a full bath tub/shower combination and upgraded vanity.

Free password protected wifi and internet are available, Flat screen TVs in the living area and Master bedroom, an auto drip coffee maker and beach chairs are just a few of the extras. Assigned parking is available right in front of the unit and the courtyard entry gives you a place to wash off the sand.

Shopping and dining are close by so you won't even need to get back in the car while your here. Everything is close by.

Love walking to the beach and all the many restaurants in Coligny park.
Whatever issues occurred with the Villa were resolved quickly with the owners. Very well stocked with all you need to stay in this facility.

I say that in my title because friends who travelled with us stayed at a different residence which had bed bugs. This place was clean and neat, no insect issues, not even a lizard. Well stocked with necessary items; once I read the owners email (my fault not theirs), finding and gaining entrance was as a smooth process. Owners were helpful and cordial, it was a great comfortable stay which made a for cozy Thanksgiving Day in Hilton Head. My applause and thanks to the owners. Thank you very much.

We had a great time at this property. It worked well with 3 small children and was close to tons of shops, a huge playground, the beach, and amenities. We would love to stay here again.
