The apartment is fully furnished and recently renovated with all new paint and furniture. Enjoy an incredible sleep on our brand new, Queen-size bed featuring a luxury mattresses and premium linens.

The suite also has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need for dining in! We have stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, microwave, oven and range, along with all-new cutlery and plates. We also offer professional chefs knives for those who love to cook! Keurig coffee is provided free of charge.

If you need a break from the Louisville scene, you can stream your favorite shows on our brand new 50" 4K smart TV. Our fiber optic internet is super fast and reliable, and is perfect if you have to work during your stay.

The suite sleeps five comfortably, with a Queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We also offer complementary use of our on-site laundry with detergent pods and dryer sheets provided.

Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. We ask that you keep in mind that not everybody comes to Louisville to "party". With that being said, we only ask that you are considerate and respectful of your neighbors.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Highlands Hideout. We were in town for a volleyball tournament downtown and it was conveniently close and clean. Everything was nice and the host even brought us trash bags. Great stay!

Family trip to Louisville

Family of 5 spent a week in this Highlands apartment. Neighborhood was very cool, loaded with local eateries and neat spots. Always felt very safe. Very easy drive to the Exposition Center every day. Quick drive to downtown and tourist spots, distilleries, museums as well. Apartment is "cozy", and would fit 4 easily, We had 5 so we used an air mattress as well. Only downside was the that the pool was closed and we chose this spot specifically for the pool with 3 kids. The pool was closed by the town and there was nothing the owner could do, just an unfortunate timing issue. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit to the Viile and this apartment is super convenient to everything, clean, safe, etc...

TSA Trip

I chose this property b/c it was in close proximity to where our oldest daughter was competing in the TSA National Conference in Louisville. Myself, wife & 2 young kids stayed here & there was plenty of room. It’s a comfortable space & there is plenty of parking. Unfortunately during our stay, the pool on the property was closed due to a city health code & was being worked on to remedy, but this was out of the owner’s hands.
