Ideal for families, corporate, military travelers, and groups/retreats, we sit just across the causeway from the pristine, soft white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Amenities include on-site boat parking, communal sand area with a tiki hut, grills, corn hole games, and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors

Must sign rental agreement upon booking. A $250 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no smoking inside buildings and no parties. Minimum age of 25 years old to book.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee. Prior approval needed. Must follow pet rules under the description.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, roomy, and quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the common area out back - took advantage of the grill and fire pit. Sum paradise was very responsive to questions.

This was my family’s second time staying at the cottages, they are so great to stay in. The key lime pie they have in the fridge when you arrive is delicious. You can’t beat the price and location, we’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

This was our second time staying at the cottages and as it was the first time it was very, very nice and clean and just a great home like atmosphere, good location for what we had to do while there and just really quite and relaxing. The neighbors were friendly and nice as well. My family and I just really love Sums Beach and we will go back again and make it our lil hang out from now on.

Cottage was perfect!

Checked in to find a key lime pie waiting for us in the fridge! Cottage was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Easy to keep clean during our stay w dishwasher, broom, mop and vacuum for use. Loved having a porch to store our beach chairs and cooler when we returned from beach. The location is perfect and only a few minutes from beach. Restaurants and stores nearby as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Racing weekend getaway

Food was awesome, our lil cabin was perfect and the location was central located. Linda and the owners you couldn’t ask for nicer people they make you feel at home for sure. The mud race track in Milton was the nicest I ever seen. I will make plans to revisit again next year more than once. I highly recommend these cabins, they won’t disappoint. Stanley Wells

Family Reunion at Sum Beaches

Our multigenerational families gather from many states every two years for a reunion. We plan activities, dinners together, and even a talent night. Sum Beaches Paradise was a perfect solution this summer providing close proximity with a common area for grilling and eating together, and the privacy of separate, spacious living areas in which to unwind. We loved the location, blocks from the beach. The hosts responded quickly to our needs. I highly recommend the cottages to others looking for a vacation spot especially if you're a larger group needing more than one unit.

Cottage #6 family vacation!

My family and I stayed in cottage 6 from 7/28/24-8/1/24 and we loved it. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The key lime thank you pie when we first got there was amazing. The personal emails were also special and made our stay extra comforting. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Our cottage was well stocked with kitchen utensils and other necessities. Having the washer and dryer was another plus because we were able to wash all of our laundry while we were there. It's very close to the beach and near by restaurants. We will definitely book again in the near future and I'd highly recommend it to everyone!
