Ideal for families, corporate, military travelers, and groups/retreats, we sit just across the causeway from the pristine, soft white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Everything was really clean and house was spacious. The back yard was really nice and they had fun activities for the whole family. The owner and property managers were also very nice. We had a lovely time at some beaches.

I rented from Sum Beaches Paradise Cottages for family that came to town for a long weekend. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and affordable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. As a local resident I can attest to the great neighborhood and close proximity to stores, beach, and restaurants. These cottages are a great place to stay!

Amazing, comfortable, and friendly staff

This was my second time staying in the cottages and I've been pleased both times. They are very clean and the staff is so friendly. I'm also ao happy they are kid and pet friendly, my kids, ages10 and 5, really had a great time! We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved the cottage!! The space was perfect for vacation! The kids enjoyed the family area and the sand and Corn Hole boards. The owners were very helpful in getting a cottage booked and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I’ve already recommended Sum Beaches Paradise to multiple people!!! The A/C blew extremely cold and it was great!

Great stay, close to beach, can’t wait to return!

We had such a great stay! The cottage was clean and basic amenities were provided. Hosts were quickly responsive to texting back to any of our questions. It was cool in the evenings (we were there in March) and we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard area but it looks amazing and cozy. Ten out of ten -we will definitely stay again!

The house was great, very comfortable, quiet and in a great location if you want to spend time at Navarre beach It would also be an ideal spot to have a larger gathering/reunion with the set up of all the cottages and the backyard area. Love the swing and bonfire pit!

Perfect house for a family of 5!

Beautiful clean home! Property owner was very easy to reach if needed. Nice back yard to grill or hang with the family by the fire pit. Was a very quiet neighborhood. Could easily fit more people into this home than 5 plenty of space. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

The VRBO was clean, spacious, cute, and in a great location. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. They back yard area was more than I expected. It is a great place to sit and let the kids play. Toys and games were set up. The kitchen had everything needed. The hosts even supplied some "getting started" supplied likes small soaps, a dishwasher pod, a sponge, etc. There was even a couple of throws to use while watching TV after a fun day on the beach (several great beaches are just a quick drive from the vrbo!). Great stay!!!

December Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our short weekend stay so much! We enjoy the backyard place the most. It was very relaxing to come back to and my daughter loved the sand and swing! The house was absolutely wonderful and decorated so cute! I loved the personal Christmas tree added for our December stay❤️ the beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean! We want to come back with friends in the summer and enjoy the warmer weather! The host was wonderful and checked in with us multiple times! Our sweet puppy Roxie loved the backyard as well! We can’t wait to come back
