Northern VA Renovated 3BR 3 BA House with Fully Fenced in Yard and Pet Friendly!

This renovated house in Falls Church City is perfect for families looking to explore the DC area with lots of space. The home offers 3 BR, 3 full BA, a double car driveway, fenced in backyard and screened in porch with TV. It is a 5 minute drive to two different metro stops (East Falls Church and West Falls Church) that go to DC with parking lots that charge $3-$4 a day and free on weekends.

The main level includes a newly renovated kitchen, living room, bar seating for 2, dining room with seating for 6, as well as a renovated bathroom with tub/shower combo. A separate den has a sectional sofa and TV (Apple device and free YouTube TV). An owners room on the main level will be locked. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, crockpot, blender, food processor, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Sugar and milk will be provided, as well as olive oil and spices.

The main level has access to the large high-fenced in backyard with a dining table for 6 and an umbrella with solar lights. There is a doggie door to access the yard! There is also a new screened in porch with a sectional sofa that seats 6, a dining table for 6 and a smart TV with free YouTube TV.

Upstairs includes 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with adjustable frame, Samsung Frame Smart TV (with YouTube TV) and ensuite bathroom that was recently renovated with a walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and TV with Roku stick and YouTube TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a pull out twin size sofabed, work out mats and free weights, a smart TV and laundry. A newly renovated Bathroom with tub/shower completes the upper level.

Ceiling fans throughout and dual zoned HVAC with Nest thermostats. Please note, there is limited closet and storage space since this is my primary residence.

There are six TVs in the house including all three bedrooms, separate den area, kitchen and outdoor TV on the porch. All with free YouTube TV. Dogs accepted on case by case basis with a pet fee.

Please note this is my primary residence so closets and bathrooms will have my personal items.

This was such a a lovely home. My friends and I were very comfortable during our stay and it's a great location if you want to go into the city or explore nearby places like Tysons Corner. Sharon was an excellent host and very helpful.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a relaxing screened-in porch. It's the first time we stayed in a house that is pet friendly and I was pleasantly surprised.

Great location, close to everything. Sharon’s home by far was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Three bathrooms were wonderful as I was traveling with my sister, two adult children and granddaughter. The home also has a wonderful screened in back porch with ceiling fan & an additional fan on the porch for added comfort. Nice home to stay in when you’re traveling.

Sharon was a fantastic host. Her home is in a great area, quiet neighborhood, 20 mins. From downtown DC, and was perfect for our family (including the dog!) in every way. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are back in DC.

Thank you for your interest in my home! I bought this home in 2022 and have embarked on several upgrades and renovations. I lived overseas for several years so my home features artwork, carpets and collectibles from my travels. This is my primary residence and I host during my overseas work trips. I have a doggie so the house is dog friendly with doggie beds, bowls and doggie door to the backyard. Please let me know if you plan to bring a doggie with you as there is an additional pet fee. I also use VRBO when traveling as well so am both a host and a traveler!

Why they chose this property

The location, with easy access to DC is super convenient, as well as being walking/biking distance to great bars and restaurants that I frequent! Access to the walking/biking trail is a big plus for me and the doggie!

What makes this property unique

The location, with easy access to DC via metro, as well as being walking distance to great bars and restaurants and the O&D trail is a huge plus. I have just added a fantastic screened in porch with a ceiling fan and infrared heater that I basically live in! My artwork and carpets are from my travels overseas and make this place unique! Finally, some small touches like a double oven with air fryer and wine fridge, double zoned heat/AC with google Nest, new furniture and TVs in almost every room make this a super comfortable place.
