This was our second stay here, and it’s been fantastic both times. Host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is lovely inside and we always enjoy the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area and we can’t wait to visit again!
The property was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay overall. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that should be addressed, With better attention to cleaning, this would be a great place to stay.
Overall cleanliness was good, everything you need for a stay! Some things needed a little extra cleaning and tending to, but overall it was good! The pool and hot tub warmed up nicely!
We enjoyed staying at this property very much. Our family came to visit us and the grandchildren loved the pool while we also enjoyed the hot tub when the kids were not there. The kitchen was well appointed allowing us to be able to host family for dinner using the awesome grill. We also went to nearby restaurants and a treasure museum that was awesome.

Thank you Jorge for sharing your experience
Looking forward to host your stay in the future
We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice. We were even able to walk to the park. One of the deciding factors for booking this property was the hot tub and heated pool. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub! Had a few issues with getting the heater to turn on and off, and the hosts were very gracious about communicating with us in regards to that. Close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of amenities. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area. .

Thanks for the review. I would love to host your stay again.
5 adults over 70 from Massachusetts visiting an ailing brother enjoyed the spacious elegant home and spa/swimming pool. Lots of towels. Washer dryer. Board games were available, Figuring out the control to heat the pool [by ising web button on remote]was biggest challenge. TV in living room. Delightful quiet friendly location.and outside. Lo
We enjoyed our stay at Albatross Villa, though we did encounter a few issues. The property manager, Don, was very responsive and helpful.
1) We couldn't get the microwave to work the first night. After we got it to turn on, it only lasted a day before it quit completely. The property manager brought us a small tabletop model that got us through the rest of the week.
2) The pool water wasn't warm on arrival. With the help of Don & pool maintenance man, we got the setting changed but it was another day before the water was warm enough to use.
3) Several other issues we encountered reflected a lack of attention to detail that could be avoided by a checkoff process prior to the guests' arrival.
*There was only one extra garbage can liner for the kitchen. We expect that only a starter supply of paper products is typically provided, but waste can liners shouldn't be the guests' responsibility.
*One of the TV remotes had no batteries.
*The lightbulb in the front yard carriage lamp was burnt out; Don replaced it. This lack of illumination posed a real fall hazard: uneven ground, several 2 in-diameter tree limbs lying on each side of driveway, several sm ground solar lamps were either not working or lying on their sides on the ground representing a real tripping risk.
*The kitchen had adequate plates & silverware but decidedly less cooking utensils than any other house we've rented over the past 3 decades.
We suggest install of grab bars for least 1 bathroom
