One of best n'hoods in Austin - 5 min west of downtown. 5-10 min walk to Deep Eddy pool, Juiceland and Lake Austin walking/bike path. Famous Mozarts coffee with free live music in walking dist. Tennis court/track across street.
If needed, a whole lot of baby gear for use: Snoo, changing dresser, auto recliner, baby swing.
