What a gem of a property! The views are incredible, the home is definitely one of a kind. We had age ranges of 2-82 and everyone enjoyed their stay. There was something for everyone. We are a food family so we naturally gather around the kitchen and it was very accommodating. We’re already planning to stay next year. Our family is large so it’s hard to get everyone together around the holidays so this is our once a year get together. It was perfect! Thank you!

This place is amazing! It worked perfect for our family trip to see Bentleyville. We had 9 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 6 months to 75 years old. Other than seeing Bentleyville, we stayed at the house and enjoyed all the amenities! Host was very responsive and checked in with us mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed! If you are on the fence about this place, splurge and book it! You won’t be disappointed.

This property was absolutely amazing! Very comfortable with plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out - both inside and outside. We loved the beautiful sunsets over spirit mountain, well equipped outdoor space with paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing equipment, proximity Billings park , plenty of chairs for around the fire and grill etc. The indoor pool and game areas were such a treat. The property managers were extremely responsive and promptly addressed and questions or concerns we had. We hope to return to this home again in the future, highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our large group of childhood friends getting together to celebrate our 50th. Plenty of space inside on the rainy days and a great location for fishing, kayaking, and pontoon rental on the many beautiful days. Space was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The whole family enjoyed every part of the house because it rained 3 out of 5 days. The pool was wonderful and the game rooms and cinema room were fantastic. The pool could have been warmer, it was chilly. We will definitely be staying again and recommend it to others. Even old people can play air hockey.
