The Carriage House was a wonderful place to stay. Appreciated not only the safe convenient location but the classy cute personality of the decor. You can tell the hosts pay attention to detail and take great care in ensuring we had what we needed without being intrusive. Loved the little patio in the morning with coffee to start the day. Great host, great central location, great communication. Very comfortable small studio. Was perfect for solo traveling on my trip. Enjoyed the amenities - easy, free parking right in front of property. K-cups for coffee.

This place was great! Exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was super easy. Everything was clear and simple. The place was quiet and very comfortable. Very clean and cute! The host did reach out to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend especially if you are looking for a short weekend stay that is close to downtown Phoenix and not too far from many places. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is an amazing neighborhood and this is a well laid-out casita. I stayed at a different casita in the same area. This one makes a better use of space and doesn’t feel cramped at all. The kitchen is great. The bathroom is beautiful. The bed was hotel quality.

This is a must for couples who are looking for a comfortable getaway . It was close to everything we wanted to do but definitely need a car if you do t want to roast in July heat. The room was clean and had an atmosphere of upper elegance. From the frosted doors, mood lighting, and wonderful shower one could not ask for any better accommodations. The whole experience feels like a spa day leaving you with a serene rested feeling.The hosts were communicative and responsive to make sure our stay was truly unforgettable. I will recommend this stay to any couple looking to relax and feel complete comfort.

We love this property and have stayed several times and everything is usually great! This time the owner was out of town and communicating was delayed and couple things needed addressed but we handled it! I would suggest if they are going to be gone that they get someone to fill in for them?The location is great for our needs we have regular appointments at St Joseph’s Hospital which is 3 minutes from the cottage so works for us! Probably will be back!

Clean, nice bathroom, and kitchenette. I was surprised not to be offered a kitchen towel, tissues, or enough (non decorative) bath towels for the number of guests noted. Overall, the space was nice, and the host was very responsive. Would stay again.

A quaint stay in a great location.

I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers.

A wonderful weekend getaway spot

We were in town for a quick weekend at a local golf tournament, and our stay was just lovely from start to finish. Seamless check-in process, a well-stocked mini-kitchen with amenities, and everything we could have needed for our short stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in town and in search of a centrally located place to rest your head while out exploring the surroundings.

Cute little hideaway!

If you are looking for a five star overnight stay, and for a quick sleep and shower, this is the place for you. Tucked away in the Encanto neighborhood, the Carriage House has a lot to offer, highly recommend!
