Excellent Remote Find
At the last minute we decided to look for a place to stay at the coast in the summer and we were pleasantly surprised to have found Siltcoos Station off the beaten path, right on a lake, close to the beach, quiet and a historic experience! Highly recommend for a get away! Clean, interesting and relaxing!
To begin with the room, it was well maintained with the most unique old world charm. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen was well stocked. The lake was beautiful which added to a beautiful sunset. The train passed twice in the afternoon, but it was not loud. I actually found it to be quite interesting

What a beautiful, quiet setting!
During Spring Break, we were lucky enough to stay in Ticketmaster Chamber at Siltcoos Station. The rooms were old-timey beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed, including a couple of games to play. The caretakers and their dogs were lovely and friendly. We were able to sit in the lawn chairs in the backyard in the sun and enjoy the view of the lake while our dog explored the back yard. We hiked the Siltcoos River trail and the Siltcoos Lake trail. It truly was a perfect vacation! I highly recommend a stay at Siltcoos Station!

Total gem!
While we didn’t spend our time out there as much as we planned, my partner and I were blown away by the attention to detail, vibe and the access to absolute Oregon beauty. I will without a doubt be staying there again. Only thing I’d point out is some sort of instruction to use appliances. That little stove/oven was super confusing. We don’t plan to use it in our short time but would love to on our next stay!
