Don't miss out on this sunny, bright and airy beach house in Margate City, NJ. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and only a 5-minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants/bars. There's a dog park right around the corner! Atlantic City is only a 20-minute drive and the Ocean City boardwalk with lots of rides and fun for the kids, is only 15-mins away!

Located on a quiet residential street, there's room for one car in the driveway, with plenty of street parking, as well. It’s a pet-friendly, smoke-free vacation home with central A/C for you and your family to enjoy. Relax on the cozy front porch and watch the sunset or BBQ with your family on the large, breezy side deck.

When you enter the front door using your unique key code, you’ll be greeted with a bright and airy great room, which features a large beachy living room with comfy reclining couches, a big flat screen HD smart TV, as well as two chairs that fold out into cots for additional sleeping.

There’s a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen next to the living room, which includes granite countertops and counter seating where you can eat breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen has a garbage disposal and brand new stove, microwave and dishwasher.
You can also eat or play games at the brand new kitchen table or open the sliding doors to access the outdoor dining table and full patio furniture set on the front porch. Off the other side of the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. That’s just steps away from the large side deck mentioned above.

When you walk straight back from the front door, you’ll see the updated powder room on the right. Keep walking and you’ll be in the master bedroom, complete with new, comfy king-sized bed and huge ensuite, handicap-accessible master bath, which includes two sinks, a brand new shower with spa-like dual showerheads, a seat, safety grab bars, and a large whirlpool tub.

All 3 bedrooms have spacious closets and the master has a wall-mounted flat screen HD connected TV. The upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle. There is a full bath upstairs which includes a removable showerhead with fabulous water pressure.

The home also includes high speed internet/wifi and premium cable channels in the living area. You’ll find a propane gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture set on the side deck, as well as access to the shed for storage. Bring your bikes! Plenty of beach chairs and 8 beach tags are provided for your short walk to the beach. We have some boogie boards available, as well!
