Beautiful place! The home was bigger than the pictures showed. Easy walking distance to downtown Picton and the harbour.

We had a nice weekend at this property. Communication from the host and cleanliness of the property was excellent, as well as the location. There is lots of room for everyone in the kitchen and living areas and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee machines, cookware, etc. There is a driveway for parking that easily fits 2 vehicles, as well as street parking out front. We did find that only 1 bathroom for 8 of us was much more inconvenient than we expected. However, it was clear in the listing that there was only 1 bathroom, so that is on us. Also, I feel that 1800 for 2 nights was alot of money for this property but once again, the cost was not a surprise with a bunch of hidden costs, so that is also on us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the County.

Great stay!

Property was clean and pretty. Had all the amenities we needed. Property managers responded well and dealt with our AC problems immediately. We are looking forward to our next visit here!

Very close to Sandbanks… not what we were expecting… washer/dryer was in a dirty basement that you can only access from the outside. No fire-pit or at least one that we found. Rooms, were comfortable. Fridge freezer would leak every hour all over the floor. Tv remotes had no batteries, so we weren’t able to watch TV. I would say overall our stay was ok, but I wouldn’t re-book for the price that we paid.

Great experience!

First time booking a VRBO and the experience was great - we had hoped to check in a bit early to drop off our bags before our wine tour, but there was a mix up with the door code. Parking was plentiful though, so it wasn't a problem. I will say it wasn't ideal having one bathroom and five women ... but we knew that going in and made it work. The location is perfect for dinner in town and loved the common area where we could hang out. Overall recommend!

Nice place !

Nice place, well located, near de town and 15 minutes drive from the beach! The place is bigger compared to what you see on the picture. The kitchen is well equipped :) Few little details, the washing machine and dryer seem to be in the basement but cannot be reach. It would be nice to have a second air conditioning where the dining roomTable is. The air conditioning upstair cannot cool the house. Overall really nice, i recommend.
