A Wave From It All - First Floor Condo

A Wave From It All is just that! It is a getaway on the first floor, with the pool and hot tub just a few feet away out of your back patio door. This condo is in the Summer Winds complex in Indian Beach. With much to do at the beach and the ocean, you even have shuffle board, a café, the Sports Complex with an indoor heated pool, tennis and racquetball courts, basketball and a hot tub and sauna. This resort has it all.

The condo has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 twins and an air mattress available for those last two that want to go. Plenty of room for everyone. We would love to have you visit and wave goodbye to all your worries!

Birthday Get away !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay... location was wonderful for the price would have expected more up to date it for example nice sink what about cabinets that the handles don't fall off ... all and all a good B-day away....

Loved location!

This was a first floor unit and was great access to pool and beach! Very clean and well stocked...did have little issue with too many remotes for non tech folks. We had great weather so didnt need tv. Would certainly book again!

A Wave From It All Condo

Nice location on first floor. Easy access to the pool, beach, and on-site cafe. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen. I contacted the property manager to let her know and she did say that a few ant baits were placed in the kitchen. My husband went to purchase ant spray but we had to deal with the ants our whole stay. Obviously it was known there was an ant issue with the bait traps placed in the kitchen. Felt like we should have been told about this upfront. Then there was a problem with the air flow in master bedroom. Very warm and uncomfortable at night when sleeping. There was a floor fan in the bedroom so homeowner/ rental agency apparently knew of the problem. This was not disclosed when booking the condo. Also,Recliner was broken so had to be careful when sitting in the recliner. Hope these things will be corrected for the next renter. Overall we enjoyed our time at the complex.
