Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A Gorgeous view of the water from the living area and the Master Bedroom. The Palms #503 is a newly acquired unit that has no booking fees and is owner managed. The unit has been completely renovated in 2022-23 and the exterior of the building also had a complete renovation. You will love staying in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit with all new fixtures, tile, granite, appliances, flooring, paint, doors, trim - a complete remodel. Guests will be required to sign a Renter Agreement with the Owner or the reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund.

Booking was easy. Communication was great with Rhonda. The condo is exactly like it looks in the photos. Very easy and quick back and forth to and from the beach. I would definitely book this place again if we go back to the area.

This condo was exactly like the pictures shown. Clean and well kept. A problem with the air conditioner happened during our stay and was quickly taken care of. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely book this condo again in the future!

One word… AMAZING!

Our stay at “A Shore Thing” was everything we could have wanted! The condo was fully stocked with anything you could think of that you would need. A blender for mixing drinks, sand toys so we didn’t have to hurry to the souvenir store, the dry shampoo samples in the bathrooms! Y’all this place is top notch! We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner rather than later! Thank you Ms Rhonda for being such an amazing and thoughtful hostess!

I had an amazing stay at this beach house. The place is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels like a true getaway the moment you walk in. What really sets it apart is Rhonda. She has thought through every single detail — from the cozy touches inside the home to the little conveniences that make your stay effortless. You can feel the care she puts into making guests comfortable. You will absolutely love this place.
