"This large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of this complex. It has a 30-foot private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular views including sunset. The carpeted living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King size bed, 32" Smart TV, reading chair, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a 32" TV. The main living area is large with dining and game tables, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. A 55 inch TV has DIRECTV cable service, along with a Blu-ray DVD player with streaming capabilities, as do the other TVs. This unit also has high-speed WI-FI internet access. Remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in primary shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with well-stocked cabinets for the cooks in the family. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience."

Great get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean, a little outdated furniture that was OK as we didn’t plan on staying in room long. Room had a slight musty smell but we used air fresheners and that seemed to work. I would rent again.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing, from the easy access to the beach to the serenity of the island there’s nothing that beats this 2 bedroom 2 bath beauty. We loved everything about it. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the view. Being able to sit on the balcony in the morning or at night listening to the waves was amazing. We go to Okaloosa island every year but usually stay at another condo but we will return to this one from here on out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Updated condo

We enjoyed the very clean ,updated condo on the top floor. It has gorgeous views and large rooms. Bring your own towels ,and chairs ,as it is 48 dollars per day to rent two chairs. . Everyone else had complimentary chairs but this condo does not. Where to pick up keys is hard to find,but it is next to a miniature golf place .Wonderful experience towels ,and kibeach towels, extra short beach access

Beautiful views

Great place could use a few updates but as a rental property it has everything we needed. The huge plus was the kitchen was stocked to the brim with plates cups utensils pots pans you name it . Great experience.

Great place!

We have stayed at many different places on the island and this one might have been my favorite! It’s extremely roomy, has a BEAUTIFUL view and literally just seconds from the sand. The only downfall was there was only little glasses to drink out of and the bedrooms stayed very hot. The thermostat is locked at 71 so we had to go buy fans in order to sleep comfortably. It’s got very large rooms and not enough vents. But we will most definitely be back!

Very nice

Very spacious condo. Excellent view of the beach, loved the huge balcony. Easy access to the beach, and Parking lot. Everything we needed was on hand in the unit laundry coffee pot. The condo is truly steps away from the beach. There was a vendor for beach chair and umbrella rental right on the beach. The description of the condo was accurate and clean. The decor is dated but we were there to be outside so that didn't matter to us at all. The details of the condo told us what we would need so we were prepared but it would be nice to have access to beach towels, paper towels and more toilet paper. The extra bedroom has blinds but not a curtain so the outside lighting keeps that room pretty bright at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Truly just steps from the beach. We were there in August and I didn't feel like the beach was crowded at all. There was the option to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even watch dolphins swim by. The condo was exactly as the website said. The decor is dated but the beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. Make sure to bring beach towels as those weren't provided. You'll also want to pick up paper towels and extra toilet paper. It would be helpful to have a curtain in addition to the blinds in the spare bedroom. The outdoor lighting keeps that room fairly bright all night long.

It was the largest unit we've ever stayed in and the cleanest as well. View is incredible and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. First time snowbirds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a recently retired couple and first time snowbirds. We found the property and the location to be quite satisfying. Everything was clean and the condo was plenty spacious and inviting. Our particular location was on the 6th floor and we both prefer to generally be on upper levels so this was a plus for us. We both had envisioned spending more time in the pool area but no one can control the weather and it was cooler than that would allow on many days. That said it was a nice space on the days we did swim. There is also an enclosed tennis court which we did not use but observed others enjoying that area. The beach is right out the backside or is it the front as people with lake homes would say. The beach was totally clean with plenty of area to stretch out and remain private. During our stay in February the temps were mostly in the 60’s. Naturally a bit colder on rainy days and a bit warmer later in the month. We found the balcony space very much to our liking. With extended walls to the edge on each end it was a private space to view the ocean and relax in the the sun. Even on cooler or windy days if the sun was out it was an enjoyable space warmer than sitting on the beach yet still with the wonderful ocean view. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with a nice mattress. There were plenty of shopping options for groceries and leisure activities plus multiple quality dining options to experience as well. We had a great time and hope to return next year. All in all a wonderful experience!

The property could use little updating , especially in kitchen. The beds in guest room were awful, the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Hard and made noises ever time you moved. However the cleanliness of this condo was best I've ever stayed in.

Very clean and beautiful beach front view

It is exactly as pictured. A little out dated but very clean and a perfect beach front location with an amazing view. Staff also, did a great job of keeping the pool area clean as well as the common areas. Plenty of clean towels too! We had a great time staying at Surf Dweller 611 and would recommend it to anyone who values a great price, great location, great view and very very clean condo! Did I mention how clean it was!!! It is close to restaurants, ice cream, Mini golf and souvenir shops… We will be back!

Girls Beach Trip

We loved having 2 queen beds in second bedroom and were not crowded. All beds and living room furniture all very comfortable. Separate laundry off kitchen was nice. We’ll stocked kitchen. We had everything needed to prepare 2 meals.. Bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. If additional renovations are done in the future it would make the condo fabulous. Hard surface flooring would be nice. Just not a fan of carpet at the beach. Very close to the beach and nice area for washing off sand. Quiet complex.

The full kitchen is very well stocked with everything you may need for a week. The 2 queen bedroom was so big that my son was able to sleep on a queen air mattress so he wouldn't have to share a bed, and they still had room to walk around in there! The master bedroom is huge as well. Both bathrooms are updated and clean. The private balcony is amazing with plenty of seating for everyone to stare at the beautiful views. We highly recommend this condo!
