The house was great! Just steps from the walkway to a beautiful beach that was not busy at all. The house was beautiful and clean. Pool was on the small side, but worked great for our young kids. We would definitely come back.

Great house so close to the beach!

We stayed for a long weekend in this house for a family vacation. It is 3 houses down from a wooden path that takes you across to a beautiful beach. The sand is white, the water is clear and surf is great fun. There is a small pool that is shaded in the afternoon-great way to relax out of the sun for a while. We loved the porches for morning coffee. The island is small and the feeling is very relaxed. We were able to find good pizza and seafood nearby.

Immaculate Oak Ave home steps from the beach!

This property was incredibly clean and very well maintained. Spacious and room to spread out. Balconies give this space two additional areas to relax, in addition to the living room and large seating area on the second floor. Bathrooms appear to just have been renovated and are very nice! The key lockbox didn’t work upon arrival due to a dead battery snd the off hours support immediately answered and helped us out. I would definitely recommend this unit for families, especially because it is so close to the beach and plenty of space for everyone. Easy to take a break from the beach and head back to the house for a little bit. You will not be disappointed!

House was dirty upon arrival. And one shower was not completely functional which was not disclosed about. Pool was not filtering properly.

4th Of July Celebration

This was an amazing property at a close range to the beach and a great location, We were given access to beach equipment like floats, beach chairs, volleyball, football, and other equipment. The only thing that was a problem in my stay was that the shower in the master bedroom didn’t work, the owners hadn’t informed us of this and was very impractical because there were only 2 showers in a house with 11 people as we filled all the beds with family. If you are considering booking this property please contact the owners to make sure all of the amenities and facilities work.

Amazing Location! But, do NOT rent from Anna Maria Vacations

The location of this house on the island is perfect! The walk to the beach is so short, we never even had to wear our shoes. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. My kids loved the pool which was nice & warm on chilly days/evenings. However, Hurricane Ian did a number on the electronics in this house and NO one bothered to check or inform us before we arrived. The refrigerator was not functional but they had put in a BASIC model refrigerator with no ice maker in lieu of the broken one. The dishwasher was also not operational (the motherboard had been fried). The front loader washing machine gasket was FULL of mold due to the cleaning company (and EVERY tech that came) closing the door when the washer was not running. There was an entire series of lights in the hall that were blown and had to be replaced and all of the lights outside on the ground level were not operational. The upstairs carpet was heavily stained and there was a terrible odor through all of the upstairs that even running the fan constantly on the HVAC system couldn't get rid of. The least of our concerns, which is actually pictured in the listing was the odd puffy "growth" in the master bedroom shower grout. We just didn't use that shower. Even after informing the rental agency of most of these issues only 1 was fixed. Which was the replacing of the light bulbs in the hallway. They sent out maintenance twice to "fix" things and each time the tech was there minimum 5 minutes and then would apparently report back to the rental agency that things were fixed. The rental agency gave us a credit to our account of $216.50 which was LESS than what we paid for ONE night in the house. They also offered us late check out of 12pm instead of 10am. I verified via their text service the day before and was assured that check out of 12pm was fine. At exactly 10am a random man came in the house and started rummaging around the kitchen turning on the microwave and oven, walking around us as we were trying to finish HANDWASHING the dishes. We then asked him if we could help him with anything as we had been granted check out at 12pm. He said no one had told him about our late check out and then left. However, he had already changed the door code so we were unable to lock the door when we left or we also would have been unable to unlock the door if we had gone down to the beach one more time, etc. I will be coming back to AMI but I will NEVER rent from Anna Maria Vacations again
