The primary bedroom has an island vibe with calming, coastal decor and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second bedroom has a twin and full bed and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. Plus! A washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Beautiful stay

We stayed 2 nights here, a couple homes down from the beautiful beach and a block away from the city pier. Overall the stay was comfortable with one hiccup with the pool heater but they worked with us as much as they could. My husband and son did some fishing off the canal in the back. They had all basic amenities ready like towels and toilet trees, hand soap-dish pods. Bring some laundry pods if you expect to do laundry. All appliances were in working order in the kitchen. We would come again. Location is perfect-close to a good coffee shop and local restaurants(walking distance). Room for 4 cars in the front. It was able to accommodate our boat.

Best Location!

So happy with this property! Great location - walked all over the North end of the island - close to beach, Pine St, food, drinks and piers! We would VRBO this property again!

Great week of fun

We stayed for spring break, wanted to avoid the college spring break crowds and AMI provided just that. We loved the house, it was so great with everything we needed and more. Easy walk to everything and a short drive to even more beautiful beaches and restaurants. The house is clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and roomy. The washer and dryer are always a plus! Pool and yard were beautiful and private, dock was a bonus. We would 100% look forward to stay here again.

Just what we were looking for!

We were very happy with our one week stay for our first stay on AMI. The house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and steps away from the beach. Get up early to hunt for shells! Walk to AMI pier, restaurants and stores on Pine Ave. Management company is quick to respond. Pool was warm.
