Coastal Oasis with Heated Pool

Escape to our private coastal retreat, just 2 miles from the beach! This bright home comfortably fits 6 guests with 3 king bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoy a private, heated pool in a fully fenced yard, a chef`s kitchen, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway with resort-style amenities like beach cruisers and an electric bike. Ask me if you are looking for something in particular because I probably have it.
No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless permission has been granted and the guests are added to the reservation
No smoking of any kind in the house.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property.

No parties or events.

No loud music or noises that could disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-8:00 AM. If we get notification that this isn’t being followed, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Let us know right away if you break or damage something so that we can make arrangements for its replacement. There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items. We have a ring camera and 2 regular cameras in front of the house & 1 camera in pool area. The cameras are not monitored unless there is a concern. The owner lives out of state and has to monitor the house while guests are not there. Feel free to unplug the pool camera but please plug back in before you leave.

• The pool is heated during the winter months. Please note that water temperature cannot be guaranteed, especially on colder nights, as cooler outdoor temperatures can impact the heater’s ability to maintain warmth. This is common for outdoor pools throughout Florida

This vacation property is amazing! Not only is it very comfortable, the design esthetic is gorgeous. The house has everything you could want or need for a wonderful trip. The kitchen and wet bar are great, and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing. The pictures posted look exactly like the house!

This was our first VRBO experience - thinking we could stay in FL at VRBO for two nights for about the same cost as a hotel in West Palm, but have more room, private pool, etc. We were doing two nights in West Palm pre-cruise out of Miami. Need a car at this location in my opinion because not much within walking distance. Would stay here again - the host thought of practically everything down to providing a QR code to a video to operate the coffee machine (looks more complicated than it actually was - few quick button pushes and voila - good coffee!). Comfortable furniture inside and out, water floaties to use, lights in the backyard, fast WiFi, etc. Very communicative - you have questions, ask - the host responded within minutes.

Absolutely everything was provided. VERY detailed oriented to make our stay perfect. The property, furnishings, appliances and kitchen set up was the best we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Communication with the owners was outstanding. We had the best time. This place has everything you would want and more. Speciality coffee maker wine fridge, extra small fridge, bidets, extra chargers, plus. They gave us many extras. The pool is very nice. It was very hot so we didn’t get to use the fire pit. They were very nice and communicated with us. We would definitely stay there again.

Do not hesitate to rent this one-of-a-kind vacation home. The hosts have gone to great extremes to make this a perfect home, completely stocked with everything you will need. If you crazy about cleanliness, as I am, this is your place. If you desire a convenient location to everything--this is your place. But most of all, you will have every dish, utencils, pots, pans, towels, comfortable beds and linens. Cannot say enough about this fantastic home! Can't wait to go back. :)
