Situated around a nature preserve just a short drive from beaches and shopping, this gated community showcases natural beauty and an array of deluxe amenities, including a newly renovated fitness center, two restaurants, craft & club rooms, four game rooms, a theater, and sports courts. Following a period of extensive renovations, Herons Glen Golf Course reopened to popular acclaim in December 2021.

The home's spacious, split-level floor plan comes beautifully appointed for family-friendly enjoyment. Soak up the sunshine in the fully screened pool or relax on the breezy furnished lanai. Fire up the gas grill for poolside barbecues. In the evenings, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the 75-inch smart TV. Each bedroom also comes equipped with a smart TV for added entertainment options. Plan at-home meals with ease in the large, open kitchen equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and serving utensils you'll need, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the essentials. Added perks include picnic baskets, bags, and coolers. A printer is also available for remote working convenience.

The primary and secondary guest rooms each feature private sliding door access to the lanai. One bathroom features a walk-in tub and a walk-in shower, while the other features a tub and an eight-person shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
An HOA application must be completed and emailed back to us within three (3) days of booking.
Pool heat is available for an added fee from October 1st through May 1st.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring Doorbell
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
