About this property
Creekside Cottage
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Our cottage is located at the top of the fish ladder and feet away from creek street. It is less than 5 minutes away from the stores on creek street. It is walking distance to the Thomas basin area. The house is three bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a door) and two bathrooms. You frequently see bald eagles flying around Ketchikan creek from the living room windows and the deck. It also has a fully equipped kitchen.

We are a mother-daughter hosting team. We love being able to share the peacefulness that the cottage provides with others.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house because of the location and charm. We love being able to walk to almost anywhere we want to go in Ketchikan. It is so peaceful to sleep with the windows open and hear the creek running all night.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage was built in 1945, but we refreshed it when we bought it. We put in new flooring throughout the cottage and painted everything inside (it had shaggy green carpet and yellow paint when we bought it). We refinished the vanities, dressers, and the dining set. This cottage has been our passion project the last few years and we are excited to share it with you. We designed it to be a peaceful retreat and we hope you leave feeling more rejuvenated than when you arrived.
