Perfect location in the middle of Crown Point. Walking distance to Garnet (restaurants/bars), the bay, & the beach. Host was very responsive & made our stay a breeze.

Family Stay-cation

We really enjoyed our weekend visit to the beach and the home was perfect. Modern sleek and high end finishes. Location is great and walkable. We would definitely recommend and come back again! Thank you for your attention to dmall details. The house is immaculately kept and has a great open floorplan.

Why they chose this property

I live here for the water life. Where else in the world do you have a calm flat-water bay right next to some great surfing beaches, next to downtown and all of it's waterfront features, theme parks, sports, food, and entertainment, along with the temperate desert climate. Crown point is a quiet neighborhood with nearby access to lots of good food and an amazing walk around Sail Bay. Walk sail bay to the beachside for sunset and you'll see why.

What makes this property unique

This home has been professionally fitted and staged for guests to enjoy the beach lifestyle that I love. It has the perfect combination of the nearby beach and bay location as well as all the comfort to stay in and host a movie or game night in with your family or friends. You can watch Sea World fireworks from the Rooftop Deck at roughly 850pm in the summer months or enjoy the included 8' Foam Surfboard to try your hand at surfing out on Pacific Beach. My Home should be well appointed for your perfect San Diego stay.
