Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this San Diego house! The location was absolutely perfect for our trip, putting us close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival, and the decor was stylish and comfortable. The house provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in San Diego!"

Negatives: Couch and chairs stained, nasty disinfectant and insect spray smell when we arrived, we were told to check in at 4 but it was not ready, kitchen disorganized and not enough forks, ants in bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms, shower water not hot enough, tabletop gummy, living room tables with glass that slid around (not good with kids), no beach/rec supplies, roof grill dirty. Positives: condo floor plan, rooftop view of evening fireworks, 2 & 1/2 bathrooms, good location, excellent garage, quiet, washer drier good, soap detergent supplies sufficient.

Be very careful when booking with this host. I made my reservation several weeks before our stay, and I received a message the morning we were supposed to check in that they had some error in synching calendars, and they had double booked the house and needed to cancel my reservation. Needless to say, I was shocked and it greatly impacted our trip. VRBO was great in the fact they refunded my payment, and would provide money to help find an alternate location to stay. The problem with trying to find another accommodation the day you need to check in is there were no homes available, and very slim hotel offerings. I am still very upset by what happened, and my recommendation is if you do make a reservation with this host, you double check your reservation with an actual message to them. I cannot truly rate the cleanliness, or comforts of the home, as I never stepped foot in, but they get a giant Fail for communication.
