Amazing house with amazing views. My husband, mother and myself absolutely loved this house. Everything we could possibly need was supplied including shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry detergent, snacks, etc…. House is lovely and comfortable . Would stay here again 100%. Host was so attentive and helpful via text and responded immediately. Fire pit was a relaxing fun way to end the day of fishing. Location of this house is also so close to everything you need in Kodiak. Could not have asked for anything else, Five stars for sure!

We came to Kodiak to complete our 50th and final stop to visit the oldest pub in every state. We were so pleasantly surprised with our VRBO! The back deck has amazing scenic views with many bald eagle and sea lion sightings. The house has a separate floor with bedroom and bath which was perfect for two couples. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The place had everything we needed to cook our meals, play games at the large dining table, and sit by the windows enjoying the views. It also was on a very quiet, private street with easy drive to Kodiak’s restaurants, breweries, museums and other attractions.

Beautiful & quiet location

The house was very nicely finished and the location was amazing! Our host was very accommodating when we got in a bind with a cancelled flight. We were in Kodiak on business so we didn't have much time to explore but would love to come back and stay here again and take a fishing trip and sightseeing tour with Rick and Hope!
