As part of its original architecture, the carriage house has a soaring 18 foot original brick wall, two structural wood beams, and original wood barn door with the address carved into its crossbeam. The carriage house also includes modern sound-dampening double pane windows and a skylight that will lift your spirits as high as the towering brick wall.

This is a private space accessible by a private entrance.

The Carriage house is located in the back of the main property. This is a renovated 2 story, 1 bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and living room.

Unit sleeps 2 on the queen bed located in the bedroom and 1 person on the futon in the living room ( futon could fit two children comfortably)

A cot is also available that can sleep 1 person.
