This condo is conveniently located on the first floor of its building, in a complex that features a pool, a hot tub, and a gas grill for your use. To the east, you'll be less than a thousand feet from Beach Access #22. Just around the corner to the west is Padre Boulevard, the island's central thoroughfare that's home to all sorts of eateries, bars, recreational outfitters, and sources of entertainment.
Upon your return from the beach each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an open living area with large windows and a mirrored wall that fill the space with light. Fix a few cold drinks and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, bring them outside to the patio, or bask in the comfort of central air conditioning at the breakfast bar and dining table. There are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Perfect Ground-level corner spot by the beach 🌊
We absolutely loved the location! Being on the ground level in the corner made everything feel private and convenient. The beach access was incredibly close—just a short walk away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting easy beach access and a cozy, quiet stay!

Close to beach
This unit is close to the beach, had all necessary bedding, towels and kitchen utensils, however there was a rat trap in the hot water heater closet which makes one think there is a rodent issue that needs to be addressed by building maintenance. Also a dead rodent laid in the parking spot by our balcony for 3 days after we contacted guest services. I would not rent at this complex for that reason.
