- R U L E S -

The house is fully available to guests. There is a locked closet under the stairs for the owner.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present the entire stay. No smoking in the property. No pets allowed.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s)

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
