Clean

Having to pick up keys vs. a code no contact check in would be more convenient and traffic is terrible going back to drop keys off at checkout. No k-cup coffee machine in the condo. Bring your own toilet paper is a must. Nice clean condo. We will book again but bring coffee machine and good toilet paper.

Great place to stay in the area with a nice, clean pool overlooking the sound. Compared to others in the complex, this one was not digital and required a separate visit to their office about 10 minutes down the road. Not a huge deal just something to keep in mind with this particular unit. Another aspect to keep in mind is that it is minimally stocked. There was no coffee, toiletries, or laundry accessories. Again, not a huge deal just be sure to pick these things up if needed before arrival. I've also never stayed at a location where you had to do most of the cleaning on your own (collect all bedding, towels, do dishes, etc) but again for the price it was clean, in a great location, and easy to communicate with them. I'd happily stay again.

Condo was great. Had pool and sound view. Room was very clean. The only issue was check in to get the key is 20 minutes away. No clue why they do not install door code key. We got there and had to drive 20 minutes back to get key. There is a Keurig in cabinet. Pools are clean. Easy walk to beach. Would for sure come back.
